I simply loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are super clean, newly renovated, and beautifully decorated, but having a balcony would have made it even better. The service is top-notch, with the staff being incredibly friendly and professional, although my room wasn't ready until after 3:30pm. The location is unique and perfect for exploring downtown Vancouver without a car, but it may not be ideal for those with back issues. The dining experience was delightful, especially the continental breakfast in the lobby, but I wish there were more beef dishes available. The facilities are great and truly enhance the overall experience.
